You run the day. He photographs it. Here’s the working agreement.
Your timeline is the timeline
If you say family photos are at 5:30pm sharp, they happen at 5:30pm sharp. Mauricio doesn't renegotiate timing with the couple on wedding day — that's your lane.
He introduces himself to every key vendor
On arrival he finds you, the venue coordinator, the DJ and the videographer. A three-minute conversation, everyone on the same page.
He respects other vendors' space
He doesn't move DJ speakers for a better angle or ask the band to stop for a photo. He shoots around everyone else, not through them.
He flags delays before they matter
If family formals are running ten minutes behind, you know by minute two, not minute ten — so you can adjust cocktail hour.
He handles family dynamics quietly
Most weddings have at least one delicate family situation. Mauricio takes his cue from you. If you say 'skip that combination,' he skips it and no one notices.

Referral program
Simple, transparent, no quotas

You refer a couple
An intro email, a recommendation, or just forwarding his contact. Whatever works for your process.

They sign a contract
If the referral books within 90 days, the credit is yours. No quotas, no tiers, no minimum bookings.

You get paid
$300 referral credit per signed contract, paid within 14 days of the couple's retainer clearing. Your choice: cash, check or account credit.
