We treat your timeline as the timeline
If you say family photos are at 5:30pm sharp, they happen at 5:30pm sharp. We don't negotiate timing with the couple on wedding day — that's your lane.
We introduce ourselves to every key vendor
On arrival, we find you, the venue coordinator, the DJ, and the videographer. Three-minute conversation, everyone on the same page, no turf war.
We respect other vendors' lane
We don't move DJ speakers for a better angle. We don't ask the band to stop playing for a photo. We shoot around everyone else, not through them.
We communicate delays before they matter
If we're running 10 minutes behind on family formals, you know by minute 2, not minute 10. Early signal means you can adjust cocktail hour flow.
We handle difficult family dynamics quietly
Every wedding has at least one delicate family situation. We take our cue from you on how to navigate it. If you say 'skip that combination,' we skip it and no one notices.
We leave the venue cleaner than we found it

Referral Program
Simple, transparent, no quotas

You refer a couple
Intro email, planner recommendation letter, or just forwarding our contact. Whatever works for your process.

They sign a contract
If the referral converts within 90 days, we credit the referral to you. No quotas, no tiers, no minimum bookings.

You get paid
$300 referral credit per signed contract, paid within 14 days of the couple's retainer clearing. Your choice: cash, check, or account credit toward future bookings.
Planners who refer 3+ couples per year get access to confidential wholesale rates for their own clients (on top of the referral credit). Ask us for the sheet.
