After 14 years and 750+ weddings, Mauricio knows the rhythm of a wedding day: when the moments happen and where to stand. He builds the timeline with you beforehand and works from your family list on the day.
No. Mauricio works calmly and quietly, moves family photos along quickly, and reads the room so the day keeps its pace.
Collections start at $1,900 with The Short Story. The Sweet Spot is $2,900 and is the most common fit for a full wedding day. The Whole Story is $3,900 and adds an album, a ceremony replay, a permanent gallery and priority editing.
Most couples book 9 to 18 months ahead, and 2027 dates are booking now. Closer dates are sometimes open, so it's worth checking.
Mauricio is based in Sparta, NJ and photographs weddings across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Travel within New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania is included. Destination weddings are quoted up front.
Sneak peeks depend on the collection: 5 images within 48 hours with The Short Story, 15 images within 24 hours with The Sweet Spot, and 25 images within 24 hours with The Whole Story. The full gallery arrives in 4 to 6 weeks; The Whole Story includes priority delivery in 2 weeks.
Check your date on the contact page, email Mauricio@HarielXavier.com or call (862) 391-4179. A signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date; the balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Payment plans can be arranged on request.
